La Palma Council grants for digital projects: up to €12,000

La Palma above a sea of clouds, guide to public grants for business projects

Several Cabildo de La Palma grants overlap in August 2026 and may admit certain business or digital costs, but none automatically funds a website, film or automation. Each call has its own beneficiaries, eligible costs, deadlines and obligations.

Official information checked on 24 August 2026. The terms, electronic office and decision on each application prevail over this summary. Calls are subject to requirements, competitive assessment or the relevant procedure; this guide does not confirm eligibility, compatibility or an award.

Three calls that should not be mixed

Young people aged 18 to 35

  • 80% of eligible costs, with a general maximum of €8,000.
  • Up to €12,000 for the generational-transfer case described in the terms.
  • Deadline: 31 August 2026.

Read the official publication for the youth grant and the procedure linked from it.

Launching business projects

  • Maximum of €12,000 per beneficiary, subject to the line and its conditions.
  • Projects started between 1 September 2025 and 31 August 2026.
  • Deadline: 11 September 2026.

Digital transformation may appear among possible costs, but that does not make every service admissible. Read the official publication for business projects.

Permanent hiring

  • A separate employment call: €5,000 for a full-time permanent contract, proportional for part-time work, with possible increases up to €9,000 in the published cases.
  • Deadline: 4 September 2026.

Do not assume that this grant is compatible with another call or can finance the same cost. Check the official hiring information, incompatibilities and your decision.

A La Palma business considering a digital project

Illustrative example, not an award

If a 28-year-old applicant submits €10,000 in costs and all of them are accepted as eligible under the youth line, the 80% reference would be €8,000. This is only arithmetic: admissibility, scoring, the amount and payment depend on the terms, competition and the official decision.

How to approach the process without assuming the outcome

  1. Define the objective and request an itemised quote. EficiencIAl prepares it after reviewing scope; it does not certify eligibility.
  2. You check and file the electronic application. EficiencIAl does not manage it. PRODAE and the Chamber of Commerce provide guidance.
  3. The Cabildo assesses applications and issues a decision. Only that decision confirms whether an award exists and its amount.
  4. If an award is made, review the valid dates, admitted costs, payment method and obligations before contracting or paying.
  5. We deliver the contracted services, invoice and evidence relating to our scope.
  6. You assemble and file the complete evidence package. The Cabildo reviews it and, where appropriate, processes payment under the terms and decision.

The extended explanation is available in Spanish at how the grant process works.

Five mistakes to avoid

  • Assuming every digital service is eligible. Check the category, dates, taxes and limits against the terms.
  • Mistaking a cap for awarded money. €8,000 and €12,000 are maximums subject to a decision.
  • Assuming compatibility. Check whether calls or costs may be combined before applying.
  • Contracting or paying without checking dates. The terms and decision determine the valid period.
  • Relying on a preliminary test. It can guide you, but it does not establish eligibility.

Three examples of digital scope

  • A salon considering online booking and a phone workflow with agreed hours and hand-off.
  • A hospitality business considering a digital menu, pickup ordering and a brand film.
  • An artisan needing an online store, product photography and campaign assets.

What EficiencIAl provides

EficiencIAl is a private supplier, not the Cabildo or a grant manager. We can define and deliver the contracted project and provide the quote, invoice and documentation relating to our deliverables. The proposal confirms scope, price and schedule; it does not guarantee eligibility, an award, acceptance of evidence or payment.
