Audiovisual content and image rights
Audiovisual projects produced by EficiencIAl Studio may incorporate the image, voice, and name of natural persons. In all cases, the following regulatory framework applies:
- Organic Law 1/1982, of 5 May, on the civil protection of the right to honor, personal and family privacy, and one's own image.
- General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) — Regulation EU 2016/679.
