Advertising production at scale · B2B

AI ad variant production.

An approved campaign may need different talent, setting, product, language and format for every market. We design and produce that version matrix without turning your brand into a collection of generic experiments.

Scaling is not duplicating

First we define what cannot change. Then we multiply everything else.

Product, logo, performance, timing, framing or tone can be locked as invariants. The matrix expands only across useful campaign variables, and every batch is checked against acceptance criteria agreed before production.

What can be versioned

One idea, adapted to the variables that actually move the campaign.

We do not sell a button that generates hundreds of ads. We produce the families your media plan, market and approval team can validate and use.

01

Talent or character

Profile, apparent age, casting or on-camera presence, with rights and representation criteria defined.

02

Wardrobe and styling

Look, colour, season or cultural-code changes without losing the action and intent of the shot.

03

Setting or location

The same action in another environment, city, climate or time of day when the source material permits.

04

Product or object

SKU, packaging, colour or hero-object substitution with a defined fidelity review.

05

Language and localisation

On-screen copy, subtitles, voice-over or dubbing and cultural adaptation, with human review in scope.

06

Placement and format

9:16, 4:5, 1:1, 16:9, display or out-of-home screens, recomposed to preserve hierarchy and legibility.

07

Market and moment

Region, date, event, season, daypart or promotional context within a controlled matrix.

08

A/B and multi-angle

Clearly named visual hypotheses, hooks, compositions and angles so the team can measure them.

Licensed demonstrations

Change one variable. Preserve how the ad reads.

Play each pair together to inspect continuity of performance, movement and structure. These are licensed visual references, not client work or EficiencIAl Studio performance results.

Same action, new talent

The shot structure remains while the on-camera profile changes.

Market localisation

Translating the supers is not enough when the ad must feel local.

Localisation can combine talent, context, copy, language, voice and visual codes. The production matrix defines what changes and who approves it.

Scope the matrix

A visible production matrix before work begins.

Use this example to see how asset counts grow. Budget is not a unit price multiplied by outputs: it depends on shared production, what must be regenerated and the control required for each family.

Production workflow

From approved master to a delivery creative and performance teams can use.

01

Brief + materials

Objective, channels, markets, brand guide, existing masters, rights and approval owners.

02

Variable map

We separate invariants, variables, A/B hypotheses and rejection criteria before scaling.

03

Bounded pilot

We validate one representative matrix cell before opening the rest of production.

04

Production + QA

We work in batches and review brand, product, continuity, language, format and specifications.

05

Structured delivery

Agreed naming, versions, masters, cut-downs and metadata so every asset is identifiable without opening it.

Production control

Speed with guardrails, not volume without judgement.

The plan states what is reviewed, who decides and what happens when a version drifts from the master. The promise is not that every first pass is perfect; it is that the system catches and corrects issues before delivery.

What can be locked

  • Product shape, colour and label
  • Logo, typography and safe zones
  • Framing, performance, camera and timing
  • Tone, lighting and art direction
  • Reference audio or narrative structure

What your team receives

  • Variant matrix and approval status
  • Consistent naming by market, format and hypothesis
  • Versions and review rounds documented to scope
  • Agreed masters and technical exports
  • Rights, licences and conditions defined per project

Frequently asked questions

What brand, agency and performance teams need to settle.

What is AI ad variant production?

It is a B2B production service that starts from a concept or master and creates agreed versions for talent, products, settings, languages, markets, dates, placements or A/B hypotheses. It includes direction, brand criteria, review, versioning and delivery; it is not a self-service tool or prompt pack.

Can you change talent, setting or product without reshooting?

For some source material, yes. We first assess resolution, duration, motion, occlusion, rights and the required fidelity. If a shot cannot support a reliable replacement, we propose recreating it, producing an alternative or retaining the original element.

How do you stop the brand or product drifting between versions?

Before production we establish acceptance references and invariants such as geometry, colour, logo, packaging, framing, performance, timing or tone. Batches are checked against those guardrails and the versions included in scope are documented.

Which formats and markets can you prepare?

We can plan matrices for 9:16, 4:5, 1:1, 16:9, display and screens, alongside languages or markets. Not every master crops well automatically: composition, text and duration are redesigned where the placement requires it.

Does this include media buying or campaign management?

Not by default. We deliver the creative assets and agreed naming so the agency, brand or performance team can publish and measure them. Strategy or activation can be scoped separately if required.

How long does it take and what does a variant matrix cost?

It depends on family count, change complexity, duration, formats, languages, rights, rounds and approval schedule. After reviewing the brief we set scope, fee and milestones in writing; we do not promise one universal final-production timeline.
