This is an in-house demonstration —not a client commission— applied to a documented 72 m², six-room home. The space was captured with 3D LiDAR to build a measured spatial base. Final tolerance depends on the device, capture and processing; every critical dimension must be checked on site before manufacturing, purchasing or building.
On that basis we developed photorealistic AI visual proposals. The renders explore layout, finishes and reference furniture; when a catalogue is within scope, reference, dimensions, price and availability are checked at approval or purchase.
In the living room and kitchen, the proposal retains old timber beams and an original masonry arch as feature elements. The visualisation supports decisions but does not replace technical design, structural checks or site measurements by a competent professional.
