A 3D LiDAR scanner was used, generating a point cloud of the space with millimeter precision. This technology captures every surface, volume and architectural element with accuracy, creating a digital model true to reality that serves as the basis for photorealistic renders and scaled drawings.

Is the furniture in the renders real?

Yes, every piece of furniture and decoration included in the renders is verified with a product reference and the market price available at the time of the project. It is not generic furniture but real items the client can buy directly.

How were the centuries-old architectural elements preserved?

The LiDAR scan precisely identified the original structural and architectural elements of the building. The artificial intelligence integrated these centuries-old elements into the contemporary design, respecting their exact dimensions and proposing solutions that coexist with them rather than hiding or removing them.

How many rooms were renovated and what is the total area?

The project covers 6 rooms with a total area of 72 m²: living room, kitchen, main bathroom, master bedroom, secondary bedroom and hallway. Each room was scanned, designed and rendered individually, with aesthetic continuity across all of them.

Can the space be navigated in 3D?

Yes, the project includes an embedded Sketchfab viewer with the full 3D LiDAR scan of the space. The user can freely navigate the point cloud and explore the space in three dimensions from any angle before construction starts.

This is a real project: a 72 m² home divided into 6 rooms, documented with a 3D LiDAR scanner before the intervention. Every dimension, every angle, every finish in the AI renders comes from real spatial data —not estimates or generic geometry.

Generative AI builds on that precision foundation to produce photorealistic renders showing the exact furniture, the chosen materials and the final layout. The client sees their finished renovation before construction starts, with measurements that match down to the centimeter.

In the living room and the kitchen, the process identified historical structures —centuries-old wooden beams and an original masonry arch— that the design preserved and integrated as feature elements. AI does not erase the character of the space: it amplifies it.
