We use LiDAR to capture visible geometry and build a measured spatial base. Its tolerance depends on the device, capture and processing: critical dimensions and building elements must be checked on site by a competent professional before execution.
We then develop photorealistic AI renders. If a product catalogue is within scope, we check reference, dimensions, price and availability at approval or purchase; the render supports decisions but does not by itself guarantee final fit.
The result is an agreed visual dossier for comparing options and documenting decisions. It does not replace technical design, structural assessment or site measurements unless these are expressly commissioned and validated.
