This is a real project: a 72 m² home divided into 6 rooms, documented with a 3D LiDAR scanner before the intervention. Every dimension, every angle, every finish in the AI renders comes from real spatial data — not estimates or generic geometries.
The generative AI works on that precision foundation to produce photorealistic renders showing the exact furniture, the selected materials and the final layout. The client sees the finished renovation before construction starts, with measurements that match down to the centimeter.
In the living room and the kitchen, the process identified historical structures — centuries-old wooden beams and an original masonry arch — that the design preserved and integrated as featured elements. AI does not erase the character of a space: it amplifies it.
