Turnkey AI implementation
For initiatives that need one accountable partner across diagnosis, pilot, integration, production, documentation and support.
View turnkey implementation →We choose the architecture around your process, build the solution and connect it to your operation. You receive an integrated, tested and documented system—not another set of tools or a tutorial.
Each service can be delivered as a focused project or as part of a broader implementation. The initial diagnosis defines scope, data, integrations and acceptance criteria.
One team to turn a business need into an operational system.

View turnkey implementation →Automation and agents connected to the channels and systems your company already uses.
Remove manual steps between email, documents, ERP, CRM and other applications without losing control or traceability.
View process automation →Answer and qualify calls, check availability and hand cases to a person according to your company's rules.
View AI phone agents →Answer from approved knowledge, perform authorised actions and route cases that require human intervention.
View enterprise chatbots →Models and software adapted to your images, rules, permissions and integrations.
Turn images or video into operational data for inspection, counting, classification, anomaly detection and decision support.
View computer vision →Build dashboards and workflows around your business logic, users, data and existing systems.
View custom software →We reduce uncertainty before expanding the scope. Each phase leaves clear decisions, owners and validation conditions.
We clarify the business objective, current workflow, accountable team, data, integrations and constraints.
We define what the solution will do, what remains out of scope, how it will be assessed and when a person must take over.
We validate technical and operational feasibility with real cases before expanding the investment.
We connect systems, permissions and monitoring, then test the full workflow with the people who will use it.
We document responsibilities, dependencies and operation, and agree the level of support the system needs.
You do not need to choose a technology before speaking with us. These routes lead to a diagnosis with the team; they are not automated products or open courses.
We prioritise opportunities, dependencies, risks and next steps so the investment is tied to a business objective.
Request an audit and roadmapWe design private sessions for teams that must adopt a solution, work on a real process or establish responsible use. We do not offer individual courses for experimenting with tools on your own.
Discuss training for your teamTrust does not come from a generic promise about AI. It comes from explicit decisions and evidence throughout the project.
The architecture starts with the process, data and constraints—not with a product that must be forced into place.
We define approved sources, roles, permissions, logs and human escalation wherever the use case requires them.
We test representative cases against criteria agreed with the people who understand and run the process.
We clarify dependencies, ownership of the development, documentation, maintenance and support before delivery closes.
We review the business objective, current process, available data, integrations and the people who will validate the solution. From that, we propose a scope, risks, acceptance criteria and a sensible next step.
Not necessarily. We can take responsibility for design, development, integration and production. We do need a process owner who can provide context, access and operational validation.
We assess that during the diagnosis. Where suitable access, APIs or exchange mechanisms exist, we plan integrations with ERP, CRM, email, telephony, databases or other applications while respecting permissions and workflows.
It depends on the risk and what must be validated. If there is technical or operational uncertainty, we start with a focused pilot and acceptance criteria. If the scope is already clear, we plan a phased implementation directly.
We do not offer individual training for experimenting with tools on your own. Corporate training is for teams that need to adopt a solution, define responsible use or work on a real company process.
During the diagnosis, we will tell you what is worth building, what needs validation and what the sensible next step is. If we do not see a clear fit, we will tell you that too.
