Your client asks for the certificate. We deliver the complete report + XML for registration.
You just review, sign, and bill.
The problem
You're a certifying technician. Your job is to sign, not to lay out reports.
But each certificate eats up hours of mechanical work.
Taking field data, organizing photos, drawing sketches, cataloging rooms. Each property is 2-3 hours before you sit down at the computer.
Entering each building enclosure, each opening, each installation. Verifying thermal transmittances, surface areas, orientations. Mechanical, repetitive work.
Laying out the PDF, inserting photos, filling tables, drafting recommendations. All so the client only looks at the letter on the label.
Preparing the XML, uploading it to the electronic registry, waiting for validation. Yet another procedure that eats up your time.
The solution
You send us the field data and we prepare everything: report, Excel, XML for registration, and photographic record.
Photos of the property, measurements or sketches, and an audio or text describing the project. What you already do during the visit.
→In less than 24h you receive: laid-out PDF report, Excel with technical data, pre-filled XML for CE3X, photographic record, and checklist.
→You review the report (10 min), import the XML into CE3X, generate the final version, register with the regional ministry, and bill your client.
What's included
Real example
Real anonymized project. Single-family home of 72 m² built (64 m² usable), climate zone A3. Download the free sample.
Key differentiator
We deliver an XML file conforming to the official CTE/MITECO v2.1 schema with all building data pre-filled. You import it into CE3X, calculate, and you're done.
Conforming to the official CTE/MITECO v2.1 schema — Validatable at visorxml.codigotécnico.org
Our XML includes all sections: DatosDelCertificador, IdentificacionEdificio, DatosGeneralesyGeometria, DatosEnvolventeTermica (building enclosures + openings), InstalacionesTermicas, Calificacion, and MedidasDeMejora.
Compatible with CE3X, CE3, and CERMA (programs recognized by MITECO) — Validatable at the CTE XML Viewer from IETcc-CSIC
Why us
Workflow
You visit the property. You send us photos, measurements, and a description by audio or text.
In less than 24h you receive: PDF report, Excel, pre-filled XML, cataloged photos, and checklist.
You import our XML into CE3X, verify data (10 min), calculate the energy rating, and export the final XML.
You upload the XML to the regional ministry's electronic registry. You obtain the official label. You bill your client.

CE3X guide
CE3X is the official program recognized by MITECO for the energy certification of existing buildings. Our service eliminates 90% of the mechanical work by delivering a pre-filled XML with all the building data.
The usual certification process is laborious: the technician visits the property, takes data on the thermal envelope (walls, roofs, floors, openings), thermal installations (heating, cooling, DHW), and the building's geometric conditions. Then, they manually input each data point into CE3X: each building enclosure with its thermal transmittance, each opening with its solar factor, each installation with its performance.
Our pre-filled XML, conforming to the CTE/MITECO v2.1 schema, contains all the necessary sections: DatosDelCertificador, IdentificacionEdificio, DatosGeneralesyGeometria, DatosEnvolventeTermica (opaque enclosures + openings), InstalacionesTermicas (DHW, heating, cooling), InstalacionesIluminacion, Calificación, and MedidasDeMejora. The technician only has to import, verify values, calculate, and export.
Once the technician generates the final XML from CE3X, they upload it to their autonomous community's electronic registry to inscribe the certificate in the official register. In the Canary Islands, the procedure is carried out at the Government of the Canary Islands' electronic registry (procedure 3137 — Registration in the Energy Efficiency Certificates Registry, SICAC). The XML can be previously validated at the CTE XML Viewer from the Eduardo Torroja Institute (IETcc-CSIC) to ensure it complies with the official schema before registration.
