La Palma Council Grant 2026: up to €12,000 for your business
The Cabildo de La Palma currently runs three grant lines that cover a large part of digitalising a business on the island: website, online store, automation, video and marketing. Here is what they are, how they really work and which part of the job we take off your plate.
The three lines, in plain words
- You are between 18 and 35: the strongest line. It covers 80% of the project, up to €8,000 or €12,000 depending on the case. Closes 31 August 2026.
- You are starting something, at any age: up to €12,000 for entrepreneurs with projects started from September 2025, including the volcano line. Closes 11 September 2026.
- You are hiring: €5,000 to €9,000, compatible with digitalising the business at the same time. Closes 4 September 2026.
These are the PRODAE programme grants. The official terms live on the Cabildo's electronic office and always prevail over any summary, including this one.
The key almost nobody mentions: it is a reimbursement
The money does not arrive upfront. The real order is: you apply, it gets approved, you pay for the project, you submit the justification and the Cabildo reimburses the approved amount. Knowing that order from day one saves all the surprises.
You are not alone with the paperwork
The application is electronic and we do not file it for you, which is exactly how it should be: the Cabildo's PRODAE service advises you for free (922 42 31 00, extensions 4360 and 4365), and so does the Chamber of Commerce. Your only real task is deciding what to build and filing the application with that support.
What we do
- Application kit within 48 hours: an itemised quote that fits the eligible costs, ready to attach. Free, no strings attached.
- The full project, turnkey: website, online store, automation, video, marketing.
- The invoice and supporting documents exactly as the Cabildo requires them, so the justification never delays your reimbursement.
Where to start
All the details, packages and a one-minute eligibility test are on the grant page (in Spanish). The full process, with who does what and when the money arrives, is explained step by step in how the grant works.
